Nanjing wasin fujikura staff skills competition ended successfully

In order to carry forward the craftsman spirit, temper the professional skills of employees, improve their professional quality, and strive to promote the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative workforce, recently, various departments of Nanjing wasin fujikura have carried out employee labor skill competitions in an orderly manner.

After intensive preparations, the skill competition opened in the workshop of zone 3 of optical cable. There are 5 teams in the inspection class, 3 teams in the packaging class, plus 12 elites. The number of contestants reached 56, and the personnel coverage rate was 92%. A three-day competition was launched!

The skill competition was divided into team competition and individual competition. In the team competition, there were six people in a group. The referee group randomly selected two players for theoretical test on the day of the competition. The remaining four people completed all the inspection and cable collection of six 24 core optical cables in strict accordance with the optical cable inspection procedures. The team with the first comprehensive score in theoretical score, practical performance and speed ranking won. In the individual competition, 6 elites selected by each team detect or package two 48 core optical cables, and the faster one wins.

The theoretical examination was conducted according to the standards such as YD / T 901-2018, operation instructions for optical cable inspection and the collection of daily inspection accident cases. The examination questions are close to the daily inspection of optical cable, and the mastery of basic knowledge and post skills of inspection and packaging personnel on optical cable is fully investigated.

There were three key points in the practical test:
1. The standardization of AB key indicators such as casing outer diameter, sheath thickness, attenuation and water seepage;
2. It is necessary to consider how to decompose and combine the 12 operation items and 53 small actions in the optical cable inspection operation under the resource allocation of 4 personnel and 4 OTDRs, so as to maximize the income;
3. Among the 6 optical cables selected in the competition, there are many unqualified products, poor printing, unqualified structural dimensions, abnormal attenuation graphics, etc. to investigate whether the inspectors can still accurately identify the unqualified products under high voltage

At the competition site, the participants were skillful in laying, cutting, viewing order requirements, stripping, connecting, measuring structure, printing certificate, etc., step by step, which fully demonstrated the operation proficiency and inspection quality of quality assurance personnel, and showed good spiritual style .

Finally, Guo Jun finally won the first place in the inspection team competition with the advantages of 98 points in theory, 100 points in practice and 21 minutes and 50 seconds. At the same time, the packaging field is also wonderful. They catch up with each other, cooperate with each other, maximize team efficiency, and the enthusiastic cheers and cheers outside the field continue to push the game to a climax. The most exciting thing is that in the packaging competition, veteran Le Yueqiang narrowly defeated song Limin by only five seconds and won the championship.
